Why can't I make my reservation via phone or in person?
Massage Table Rentals Of Sedona consists of a group of Sedona therapists that rent their tables for the mutual benefit of the renter and themselves. Many phone numbers and emails have been used previously. To prevent missing a request for a massage table rental, we require a reservation request online to guarantee that we have you in the order the massage tables have been requested. Even if you make contact by one of the previous phone numbers or emails, we require a request via this website. In this way we can assure that we have your information, sending you a confirmation via email and postal mail. You will receive a verification and your massage table will be reserved.
Requests are filled in the order they are received. This is important when we are near capacity of available tables for rent and have many requests for the last 1 or 2 massage tables.

Do I need to give a credit card or send a deposit to reserve my massage table?
No. There is no deposit or credit card that is required to reserve a massage table. Any refundable cash deposits required, based on the type of rental, are due at time of delivery along with payment for the rental. The same is true if you choose to pick up the massage table at our storage facility.
Do I pay a cancellation fee if I cancel?
No. There is no fee for canceling a reservation. However, if canceling becomes a habit and results in the inability to rent to another renter, a reservation may be denied in the future.
How close to the seminar date can I cancel?
You can cancel your reservation without a cancellation fee up to the time the seminar begins. However, out of courtesy to fellow students and renters, please let us know as soon as possible when you are canceling your reservation so we can rent the massage table to others that may be on a waiting list.
If I rent a massage table for a seminar, can I take the massage table from the seminar location to my room or where I am staying at night to use outside of class?
Yes. You are allowed to take the massage table with you after class times to your room or where you are staying to use outside of class times. However, the massage table is expected back at the seminar location when the class ends if you paid for delivery/pick up, unless other arrangements have been made with us.
You are renting the table and are responsible for it for the duration of the rental. This means if it is damaged outside of class, you are responsible for the cost of repairs if they are deemed out of the ordinary; for example - damaged in an auto accident during transportation or from dropping down a flight of stairs.
What happens if the table gets damaged or breaks during my seminar?
If a massage table gets damaged during a seminar, as per the contract, you are to contact us immediately at 928-274-8795 or 586-873-2543. If the table has "cracked" and is not useable, we will do our best to provide you with another table as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide you with another massage table for that seminar, we will give you a prorated refund based on use.
Note: If a table makes a loud crack sound, get off the table and stop using it immediately and call us so that we can inspect and replace the table. Your safety is our #1 concern.
Am I responsible for the cost of the table if it is damaged during class or during the rental?
No, with exceptions. In general, if the massage table is damaged during a class and has been used according to manufacturer's guidelines, there is no fee to repair or replace the massage table. We acknowledge wear and tear on the tables and do not expect repair/replacement unless the massage table is damaged in it's misuse or in other than it's proper use, such as transportation, accidents, and so on. However, If it is damaged during misuse or transportation, it is the responsibility of the renter to repair/replace the massage table.
Can I take the massage table out of the Sedona Area? Do you deliver out of the Sedona Area?
No and sometimes. In general, the massage table is to stay in the Sedona Verde Valley area which includes Sedona, Cornville, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Rimrock, Lake Montezuma, the Village of Oak Creek and Oak Creek Canyon.
If you need to take the massage table out of this immediate area, you are to contact us directly and we will make a decision if this is possible on an individual request basis.
Regarding delivery out of the Sedona Verde Valley, decisions are made on an individual basis.
Note: We have previously delivered tables to Prescott, Prescott Valley, Flagstaff and Phoenix. We also have had massage tables taken out of the state. Note: Appropriate deposits are required.
